Just a heads up, servers will be down from 4PM PST / 7PM EST until 9PM PST / 12AM EST.

This is so they can ready the servers for the full launch of the game.

Early Game Access* will begin on December 13th at 7:00AM EST, 2011 and ends on December 19th, 2011 at 10:01PM EST. During this time, we will be emailing invitations to join Early Game Access based on the order in which you redeemed your Pre-Order Code. Pre-load the game client now, so you're ready to play when your Early Game Access invitation arrives. Note that download time can vary and may take awhile.

Q: Can you tell us more about Underworld Trading, Investigation, Cybertech and Slicing?

A. They are just skills to gain items occasionally.

Q: When players talk to each other in game, are you able to see chat bubbles above their heads?

A. As of right now, no, there are no chat bubbles. This has made me miss more then a few people asking for a group, this should be changed though before launch.

Q: People keep stating on the forums there is a contest to see who gets to lvl 50 first. They are referring to it as the 200hr contest.. Do you have any light to shed on this?

A. As far as I am aware, it's just a contest between the people at Bioware to see who can get to 50 first, if it were open to Beta Testers, they'd lose ;) .

Old Crimson Nova forums locked as of 7/7/2011

Heya folks,

Just a heads up, the old forum located at crimsonnova.org is now locked, and final backups have been made. The forum should be accessible for the near future, as there is still lots of great information and posts there we all might need access to.

Of note, the database backup was 1.23 gigs in size, which is pretty impressive. We sure did spend a lot of bandwidth BSing. :D
